We ship with DHL within Germany and Post.AT within Austria.
The processing time is 7-10 business days.

We cannot produce your item until we receive your order, final design and payment.

According to our experience, follow-up orders always take at least 2 weeks. Maybe you can contact DHL with your tracking number, sometimes the packages are just lying in a post office waiting to be picked up.
